Payment and Cancellations
When you book a service with Scripps Solar Cleaning, your card details are securely stored by our payment processor. A hold will be placed on your card at 7:00 a.m. on the day of service. Full payment will be processed by noon the following business day.

Rescheduling
To reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee of up to $50.

Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or if our technician is unable to complete the service due to access issues (e.g. locked gates, no entry to the roof), a cancellation fee of up to $50.

Photography
Scripps Solar Cleaning may take before-and-after photos of your solar panels for quality assurance and promotional purposes. We will never capture or use images that include personal or identifying features such as faces, license plates, or interior spaces.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If any part of your service does not meet your expectations, please contact us at (951) 237-2222 within 48 hours. We will gladly return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. Please note that we do not offer refunds for completed services.

Gratuity
Tipping is never required, but always appreciated. If your technician goes above and beyond and you’d like to show your appreciation, you may leave a tip in person or add one through your customer account after the service is completed. Another way to say thank you is by leaving a positive review online.

Breakage or Damage
While our technicians take great care when working on your property, accidents can happen. Scripps Solar Cleaning is insured. If any damage occurs, our technician will notify you and our office immediately. If you notice something after the visit, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Supplies and Equipment
Scripps Solar Cleaning provides all tools, purified water, and equipment necessary for the service. Our process is designed to protect your panels and your roof. We do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. If you have any special requirements, please let us know before your appointment.

Pets and Property Safety
We ask that pets are kept safely indoors or away from the work area during service. This ensures the safety of your animals and our technicians.
