2. Quotes and Booking

When you request a quote or book a service with Scripps Solar Clean, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, address, phone number, email address, and any relevant property or service details.

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee service until your appointment is confirmed by our team.

3. Payment Terms

When you book a service with Scripps Solar Clean, your card details may be securely stored by our payment processor in accordance with their security standards and policies.

A payment hold may be placed on your card at 7:00 a.m. on the day of service. Full payment may be processed by noon on the following business day, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

You agree to pay all charges associated with the services you request, including any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees disclosed in these Terms.

4. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time.

Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee of up to $50.

5. Cancellations and Access Issues

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or if our technician is unable to complete the service due to access issues beyond our control, including but not limited to locked gates, blocked access, unsafe roof conditions, or inability to reach the service area, a cancellation fee of up to $50 may apply.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If any part of your service does not meet your expectations, please contact us at (951) 237-2222 within 48 hours of service completion.

We may, at our discretion, return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. We do not guarantee refunds for completed services.

7. Breakage or Damage

Our technicians take reasonable care while working on your property. However, accidents can happen.

Scripps Solar Clean is insured. If any damage occurs during service, our technician will notify you and our office as soon as reasonably possible. If you notice damage after the visit, you must notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate and address the issue appropriately.

8. Photography

Scripps Solar Clean may take before-and-after photos of your solar panels or service area for quality assurance, documentation, training, or promotional purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts not to capture personal or identifying features such as faces, license plates, or interior living spaces. By using our services, you consent to such photography unless you notify us otherwise in advance in writing.

9. Supplies and Equipment

Scripps Solar Clean provides the tools, purified water, and equipment necessary to perform the service.

Our cleaning methods are intended to protect your panels and roof surfaces. We do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials as part of our standard process. If you have special instructions or property considerations, you must notify us before your scheduled service.

10. Pets and Property Safety

For the safety of your pets, property, and our technicians, you agree to keep pets secured and away from the work area during service.

You are also responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service location.

11. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website form, quote request form, booking form, or other written consent method, you agree to receive text messages from Scripps Solar Clean.

These messages may include:
